Supporting windows and educating fatherless children and orphans in Africa

The African Child Trust (ACT) is a UK registered charity (no. 1074911) whose vision is to support the education of children of needy widows and orphans in Africa to enable them to achieve their full potential in life.

 

Through charity fundraising activities and donations we provide the fees needed to help pay for child schooling in countries where access to education is not free or affordable. ACT is supporting widows and children in Zambia, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Uganda and Tanzania. This practical demonstration of caring brings hope to the children and the widows and contributes to breaking the long-term cycle of poverty.
