ACT started working with new partner, Newlife Health and Information Centre (NLHIC), Ndola Zambia in 2007. Last November, ACT Director visited Ndola to see the children and meet ACT partners. NLHIC is a registered NGO and is the care outreach mission of New Life Ministries, a thriving Church located at the town centre. NLHIC are working in two areas, HIV/AIDS and with orphans and vilnerable children. Following the visit, ACT will support ten additional children, taking the total number of children supported in Ndola to thirty four (34). In Zambia where ACT started its work ten years ago, the total number of children supported to-date is exactly one hundred and ninety-nine.
