We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and are implementing precautions and measures to protect our staff and volunteers.
We’re closely following government advice from the NHS and Public Health England. As such our UK office is currently closed until further notice, but our staff and volunteers are working from home where possible. We remain committed to serving our supporters and beneficiaries with excellence and we are doing all we can to minimise any impact on the service you receive from ACT. Our emails are still being monitored so if you need to contact us please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please bear with us as enquiries may take a little longer than normal to answer. Thank you for your patience at this complex time.
Our major fundraising events (Kingston Boat Race and Great South Run) are organised by third parties and as such not under our control. Our annual Golf event remains on schedule to take place in September. We are closely monitoring the situation with these events and will ensure we keep you up to date with changes made to the events or cancellation of events as soon as we can.
Our Partners in Africa are doing all they can to support our beneficiaries and their communities in every way possible, within the limits of government restrictions specific to their country. Currently, they are affected by restrictions on movement, gatherings and closure of schools for up to 40 days in some countries. Please bear with us where this may mean delays in sponsorship correspondence.
